Equipment
I provide welding repair for earthmoving, aggregate, construction, and agriculture equipment
For example, this JCB 437 Front Loader’s Quick-Hitch used thick pipe to support a car-sized bucket. I assume someone tried to attach a CAT bucket without coupling it and started moving heavy stuff. The pipe was completely caved in. I immediately had a great local shop start turning new, solid pins out of 4140 steel. Made to pass both existing ears on that pipe assembly, and poke into the inner diameter.
Industrial
I provide Industrial Maintenance welding services for all metals.
This baler was in bad shape from years of shock and abuse. A large crack formed in the inch thick bar that transferrers all that force to the housing. Cutting open a root chasing that crack all the way through, I started with 6010, added runoff tabs and slowly built the groove up with hot 7018. Inter-pass cleaning with a needle scaler due to tight space and to ensure no slag inclusions. This baler is ready to long exceed its prior useful lifespan.
Not even the dirtiest concrete contaminated aluminum hopper can stump me! This hopper is ready for another lifetime of being worn down on one side at the plant.
